MR OLADELE LAWORE
Mr. Dele Lawore is the Group Managing Director/CEO of Integrated Trust and Investment Limited, a foremost investment banking firm with Subsidiaries in stockbroking, asset management and microfinance banking businesses in Nigeria.
He is a graduate of Economics from the University of Ibadan and a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and The Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers respectively, with over 35 years work experience in Investment Banking and Business Finance. The Central Bank of Nigeria, Securities and Exchange Commission, Afribank Plc, NAL Bank Plc (now Sterling Bank plc) and Equatorial Trust Bank Limited are all part of the institutions where he worked and left his indelible footprints.
Mr. Lawore is an Authorised Dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange and a committee member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He is the chairman, Board of Directors of Integrated Stockbrokers Limited, Projects Microfinance Bank Ltd., Easylink Travels and Tours Ltd and a director of several other companies.

DIRECTORS
STEPHEN S. MAYAKI
Mr. Mayaki holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Technology in mechanical engineering (1975) from Loughbough University of Technology, England. He has several years of experience in Real estate and Property Development. He has worked previously with Shell BP, Knight Frank & Rutley (firm of Estate Managers) and AG Leventis and Co, Nigeria.
He was the pioneer Managing Director of UACN Property Development Company Plc and later served as Managing Director of CAPL Plc and Vono Products Nigeria Plc. He joined the Board of Thomas Wyatt Nig. Plc in January 2005.
He is a member of both The Nigeria Society of Engineers and Nigeria Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers.
MRS. NENADI E. USMAN
She obtained her B.Sc in Geography from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria. She also holds a PGD in Management from The University of Jos and currently undergoing a Master’s Degree program in Demography at her alma mater. She is a former commissioner of Women Affairs, Environment and Health in Kaduna State.
She is an experienced and a seasoned administrator and former Minister of Finance of The Federal Government of Nigeria. She is presently the Chairman of Plumstead Investment Limited. She joined the Board of Thomas Wyatt Nigeria Plc in 2009.
ALHAJA AYODELE SARAT KUDAISI
Mrs Kudaisi is an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) certificate holder from The Federal Training Center (FCT) but, currently studying in pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU). She is versatile and experienced in Audit Committee functions; having attended various seminars and workshops on Audit Committee function and Accounting Principle.
Few amongst the companies where she has been on their Audit Committee are: Eco Bank Nig. Plc., Triple Gee Plc., Afribank Nig. Plc and Royal Assurance Plc. She was also and the former Chairperson of the Audit Committee of Thomas Wyatt Plc.
At the Annual General Meeting of September 23rd 2010, she was appointed a non- Executive Director in Thomas Wyatt Nig. Plc.
